Gideon Bachmann’s Interviews with Filmmakers Screened at Il Cinema Ritrovato Festival
/The 34th edition of Il Cinema Ritrovato Festival is presenting three films by Gideon Bachmann in its DOCUMENTS AND DOCUMENTARIES: FELLINI, CAVANI, TAVIANI program. Screenings beginning August 25th include “NOW I WILL TELL YOU, AFTER ALL” – FEDERICO FELLINI’S LAST/LOST INTERVIEW (1985), and continue with LILIANA CAVANI: INTERNO BERLINESE (1985), and PAOLO E VITTORIO TAVIANI: GOOD MORNING CINEMA (1987).

GME distributes Bachmann’s UNDERGROUND NEW YORK (Germany, 1968), the winner of the festival’s 2016 DVD award for Best Contributions to Film History, in addition to these other Il Cinema Ritrovato Festival award winning DVDS.
